Where to find your order number

It's on your receipt and in the order confirmation email we sent when you placed the order. It looks like #1234.

Once your order ships

You'll get a second email with a carrier tracking number. That link is the fastest way to follow the package door to door.

Orders containing tobacco, nicotine or vapor products ship with adult signature (21+) required, so the carrier can't leave them at the door. If no adult is available, they'll try again or hold the package for pickup with ID. See our Age Policy for what happens at delivery.
