1. You must be 21 or older

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site and to buy anything from us, regardless of the legal age where you live. By using the site, you confirm that you are 21 or older.

• We verify every customer's age and identity before an order ships or is handed over.
• Orders containing tobacco, nicotine or vapor products require an adult signature (21+) with ID at delivery.
• Lying about your age, or buying for someone under 21, is illegal. We cancel those orders and permanently close the account. We may report suspected purchases for minors to the authorities.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

3. Orders, pricing and availability

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it, not when you receive a confirmation email.
• We may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including when:
  • the item can't legally ship to your address;
  • age or identity verification fails;
  • the billing and shipping details don't match;
  • we suspect fraud or resale;
  • a price, description or stock level on the site was wrong.
• If we cancel an order after you've paid, we refund you in full.
• We try to keep prices, photos and stock accurate. Stock is shared with our physical shop, so an item can sell out in the store after you order. If that happens, we'll contact you to refund or substitute.
• We may limit quantities per order or per customer.

4. Shipping and restricted products

What can ship where depends on the product and your address. Our Shipping & Returns page lists the current rules. Laws change often, and we update our rules as they do.

You're responsible for making sure the products you order are legal to buy, possess and use where you live.

5. Taxes

We charge sales tax and any state or local tobacco taxes or fees required for your shipping address. They appear as separate lines at checkout.

6. Returns

Tobacco, nicotine and vapor products are final sale. Our Shipping & Returns page explains returns for accessories and glass, and what to do if an item arrives damaged.

7. Product use and health warnings

• Tobacco and nicotine products are addictive and can harm your health. Keep all products away from children and pets.
• Accessories and glassware are sold for use with legal tobacco products only.
• Follow the manufacturer's instructions for every product, especially batteries, devices, lighters and butane.
• Product descriptions are for information only and aren't medical advice.

8. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards through our payment processor. By paying, you confirm you're authorized to use that payment method. We don't store full card numbers on our servers.

9. Site content

Everything on this site, including the Öasis name, logos, graphics and text, belongs to Öasis or the brands we carry. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.

10. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties beyond those required by law or given by the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties, where they exist, come from the manufacturer.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Öasis isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover Öasis for claims and costs that arise from your breaking these terms, misusing products, or giving false information, including about your age.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including information used for age verification.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.

15. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
