The minimum age to buy from Öasis is 21, no matter where you live or what your state allows. You must be 21 or older to use this website, create an account or place an order.

How we verify age online

• We verify every customer's age and identity before an order ships or is handed over.
• If verification fails, we cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Some states require extra steps. For example, Delaware requires ID documents on file before a first tobacco order.

At delivery

Orders containing tobacco, nicotine or vapor products are shipped with adult signature required. The carrier must check the ID of the person signing and confirm they are 21 or older. Packages can't be left at the door, handed to anyone under 21, or delivered to a P.O. box.

If no adult 21+ is available, the carrier will try again or hold the package for pickup with ID. Packages returned to us are refunded minus the original shipping cost.

In our shop

We check ID for tobacco, nicotine and vapor purchases at the counter. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. We refuse the sale if you can't show one.

Buying for someone under 21

Buying tobacco, nicotine or vapor products for anyone under 21 is illegal. If we believe an order is being placed for a minor, we will:

• cancel the order;
• permanently close the account and block future orders;
• report it to the authorities where appropriate.

What we do with your information

We use the information you provide for age verification only to confirm your age and meet legal requirements. We don't sell it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

For parents and guardians

If you believe someone under 21 has placed an order with us, contact us right away at biz@oasisli.com or (516) 619-0062 with any details you have. We'll investigate and cancel any open orders.
