Wraps: a quick guide

Tobacco leaf or tobacco-free? Loose Leaf wraps are whole tobacco leaf, so they add tobacco flavor and burn slowly. Blazy Susan tea and rose wraps and the Tyson 2.0 wrap are tobacco-free: made from tea leaves, rose petals or other plant leaf.

Pre-rolled or flat? King Palm comes pre-rolled, as a leaf cone with a filter tip, so you just fill and pack. Minis are the small single size and slims are longer and narrower. Flat wraps like Platinum, Zig-Zag and Loose Leaf are rolled by hand like a cigarillo shell.

Flavored or natural? Most of these come in both. Natural lets whatever you roll speak for itself. Flavored wraps (Banana Cream, Watermelon Wave, Grape and so on) add sweetness to every pull. If you're trying a new brand, start with its natural version.

Keeping them fresh. Leaf dries out quickly once the pack is open. Roll soon after opening, or keep the rest sealed in a bag away from heat.
