Shipping & Returns
We ship rolling papers, cones, tips and rollers, and premium cigars. Everything else, including JUUL and vaporizers, is picked up at our shop at 224a Merrick Road, Lynbrook, NY. This page covers pickup, shipping and returns.
Pickup in Lynbrook
- Ready within 1 hour during store hours. Orders placed after close are ready the next morning.
- Choose pickup at checkout and pay online. We'll email you when your order is ready.
- Bring a valid photo ID. You must be 21 or older, and the name on the ID must match the order.
- Pickup only: JUUL pods and devices, vaporizers, flavored cigars, small cigars and cigar tins, cigarillos and wraps, tobacco, hookah tobacco and nicotine pouches. If your cart has any of them, checkout offers pickup only.
- Cigarettes are sold in-store only. They can't be ordered online.

Shipping: what ships
- Rolling papers, cones, tips and rollers ship.
- Premium cigars ship to most states: 21+, ID checked before shipping, final sale. Flavored or infused cigars, small or machine-made cigars and cigar tins are pickup only. Each cigar's page says whether it ships.
- Nothing else ships.
- Shipping cost: $5.99 flat, free on orders over $50. Orders with premium cigars: $4.99 flat, free on orders over $75. You'll see the rate at checkout before you pay.
- U.S. addresses only, except Hawaii and Utah. We don't ship internationally, to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands) or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
- Flavored papers can't ship to Washington, DC.
- Cigars can't ship to Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Virginia or Wisconsin. For those states, cigars are pickup only; papers and accessories still ship.
- Cigars can't ship to P.O. boxes. Use a street address.
- We don't deliver to schools, correctional facilities, hospitals or places of worship.
Age check before every shipped order
Every shipped order is held for an age check (21+) before it leaves the shop. You must be 21 or older to buy from us. If we need anything from you to confirm your age, we'll email you. If we can't verify your age, we cancel the order and refund you in full.
Cigar orders: 21+, ID checked before shipping, final sale.
Shipping: timing and tracking
- Processing: once your age is verified, orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders verified on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
- Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage, usually 2–5 business days after your order ships.
- Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. You can also check it anytime on our Track Order page.
If we ship more products later
Premium cigars are the only tobacco we ship. If we add other tobacco or nicotine products, these rules will apply: orders containing them will require an adult signature (21+) with ID at delivery, can't go to P.O. boxes, and need matching billing and shipping addresses. Cigarettes, JUUL and vaporizers are never shipped.

State rules for tobacco and nicotine
These apply to the premium cigars we ship now, and to other tobacco or nicotine if we start shipping it. If your state isn't listed, standard rules apply: 21+, with your age verified before the order ships.

State tobacco taxes
Some states charge their own tax on tobacco shipped in, on top of sales tax. These currently include Colorado, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Virginia and Wisconsin. For now, cigars are pickup only for those states. Minnesota and Colorado also charge a small retail delivery fee.
California Prop 65
WARNING: Tobacco and nicotine products can expose you to chemicals including nicotine, which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
If your order can't ship
If an item in your order can't legally ship to your address, we'll cancel that item or the whole order and refund you in full. We may also cancel any order we can't verify, including when age verification fails or the billing and shipping details don't match.
These rules change often. We update this page as laws change.
Returns
Tobacco, nicotine and vapor products are final sale (including premium cigars, JUUL and vaporizers) and can't be returned, whether opened or not.
Rolling papers, cones, tips and other accessories can be returned within 14 days of pickup or delivery if they're unused and in the original packaging. Bring them back to the shop with your order number, or email us first at biz@oasisli.com. For shipped orders, return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made a mistake. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
- Damaged items: email biz@oasisli.com within 48 hours of pickup or delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund, your choice.
- Wrong item or missing item: let us know within 7 days and we'll fix it at no cost to you.
- Refused packages: if a shipped package is refused, or returned because no adult 21+ was available to sign, we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
